Highway Cleanup
April 19, 2003

On April 19, 2003, approximately 30 WCC volunteers literally hit the dirt and cleaned the New River/I-17 interchange and a stretch south along the freeway.  Dozens of bags of trash were filled, eliminating an eyesore.
